"It's a privilege to work with Larry Anderson State Farm -- I have worked with Larry and Chris and Jackie -- all are very knowledgeable and willing to spend time with my questions. When I am 'technically challenged' they step in to make the processes understandable and work through the issues I may have with no sense of urgency so I never feel 'rushe'.
After just a short time with their agency I informed my Daughter and she called and had them handle her needs as well.

"I called State Farm on Monday and spoke with Jackie about changing the way I pay our bills, as per a State Farm email I received. She assisted me through that process and mentioned other updates/issues to be decided upon, etc, and made an appointment for my husband and I to meet with Chris two days later. Chris brought forth these issues, one at a time, and explained very clearly what needed to be done, if anything. He took the time to make sure we understood the updates to our policies, and next steps to be taken. He was courteous, organized, and friendly. We felt very content after our appointment."
